If you are logging in for first time please click on New User and set your password.

Forgot Password?

Click on Password Reset link. Enter your Cognizant Employee ID and click SEND button.
A new email window should open with prepopulated details. Do Not Edit the Details.
User needs to only click Send button. Data Managers will be notified and they will respond within 24 hours.
User will receive temporary password in a separate email. Navigate back to login page; enter Employee ID and temporary password. User can use it for future or change it using Change Password section in profile.

A new email window should open with prepopulated details. Do Not Edit the Details.
User needs to only click Send button. Data Managers will be notified and they will respond within 24 hours.
User will receive one time password in a separate email. Navigate back to login page; enter Employee ID and one time password. User will be auto directed to Set New Password screen to change it.
Then user can continue login and accessing the portal.
